Booking policies, cancellations, and what to expect
We want you to have a great experience. Here's what matters most:
All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or valid credit card authorization.
You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and confirmation number.
Please verify all details (date, time, pickup/drop-off locations, passenger count) upon receiving confirmation.
Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receiving confirmation.
Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
Requests for changes must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled pickup.
Changes may result in price adjustments based on new service requirements.
Same-day changes are accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Standard pickups: 15 minutes of free wait time from scheduled pickup time.
Domestic airport arrivals: 60 minutes of free wait time from flight landing.
International airport arrivals: 90 minutes of free wait time from flight landing.
We track your flight and adjust for delays—your chauffeur will be waiting.
Wait time beyond the complimentary period is charged at $1 per minute.
After 30 minutes past complimentary period, service may be considered a no-show.
Please communicate any delays to our dispatch team to avoid charges.
Provide your flight number when booking—we monitor your flight status.
For arrivals, your chauffeur will wait at the designated pickup area with a name sign.
Meet & Greet service (baggage claim) available for an additional fee.
Airport access fees and tolls are included in your quoted price.
We recommend arriving 2 hours before domestic flights, 3 hours for international.
Curbside drop-off is standard; terminal assistance available upon request.
For schedule changes, contact us immediately so we can adjust pickup time.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
Corporate accounts may be invoiced with approved credit terms.
Full payment or valid card authorization is required to confirm reservations.
Prices are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
Base fare, driver gratuity (20%), fuel surcharge, and applicable taxes.
Airport access fees and toll charges for the quoted route.
Vehicle amenities (water, WiFi where available, charging ports).
Extra stops along the route: $25 per additional stop.
Child car seats: $15 per seat (forward-facing, rear-facing, or booster).
Wait time beyond complimentary period: $1 per minute.
Excessive cleaning fee: Up to $250 for spills, stains, or damages.
Holiday surcharge: 15-50% (varies by holiday—quoted at booking).
Late-night service (11 PM - 5 AM): 15% surcharge.
All vehicles are professionally maintained, licensed, and insured.
Vehicles are cleaned and inspected before each service.
Vehicle substitution may occur due to mechanical issues—equivalent or upgraded vehicle provided.
We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes/vaping) is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Open containers of alcohol are prohibited where restricted by law.
Passengers must comply with all applicable seatbelt laws.
Service may be terminated for disruptive or unsafe behavior—no refund issued.
Vehicle capacity is based on passenger count, not luggage.
Each passenger is allowed 2 standard bags; excess luggage may require larger vehicle.
Oversized items (golf clubs, skis, etc.) must be noted at booking.
We are not responsible for items left in vehicles (items held for 30 days).
FS Bay Area Limo maintains comprehensive commercial auto insurance.
Our liability is limited to direct damages caused by our negligence.
We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Maximum liability for service failures is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Passengers are responsible for any damage to vehicles caused by their actions.
Cleaning fees will be charged for excessive mess, spills, or stains.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have proper documentation for travel.
We recommend travel insurance for important events or time-sensitive travel.
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms may be updated periodically; the current version applies to all bookings.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FS Bay Area Limo.
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco County.
Claims must be filed within 30 days of the service date.
